Is there any time limit to claim ITC in AED 9500?

I bought machine and paid VAT of AED 7000 ) and raw material and paid VAT for AED 2500 total . I couldn't sell my products with vat. very slow movement.. Is there any time limit to claim ITC in AED 9500?

You can claim the VAT at the time of purchase itself provided you have a valid tad invoice and pay the supplier within 6 months of payment due date...you dont need to reverse the input for reason that it is still lying in your inventory
