I entered into a contract with a customer who has paid me advance for services that I will render every month. Please tell me when do I need to pay VAT?

We imported goods from China and paid VAT under RCM and reclaimed the same in the last return. During this quarter we exported some of them to Bahrain. Do we need to repay the input tax claimed wrt such exported goods?
