Zero Rated Supply

A company had constructed a residential building containing 50 residential units. During the first VAT Return after construction is complete, it leased out 20 residential units and the same is declared as Zero rated supply. In the subsequent quarter it leased out another 10 residential units. My question is that whether the revenue from other 10 residential units will be zero rated or exempted ?

As per Article 45(9) first supply of building either in whole or part would zero rated. So subsequent lease of additional units should be regarded as exempt. Would recommend submitting a technical clarification request
