VAT on Sanitizer from UK

If i imported a container of masks and sanitizers from UK and sell it in UAE it will be 5% or zero, im normal business Not hospital or pharmacy, Kindly advice ?

There was a recent news article stating such products have been exempted from VAT. But there is no official confirmation regarding the same. So until then it should be 5%
