VAT on Sales before issuance for TRN
We got the TRN in April but Validity for TRN certificates starts from Feb. Our Tax Period is Feb-Apr
What about the sales made before issuance of TRN? Are we supposed to pay vat on sales made in feb n march while we were not eligible to raise tax invoice as due to non-registration till then. Kindly advise

No! It�s from the date they issued u TRN before that u r not liable as well as eligible to collect VAT on behalf of government. You would have received ur TRN notification through mail before that u can�t charge vat on sales and accordingly u have to pay return
