VAT on free goods under stock transfer

Please clarify the applicability of VAT ON FREE OF COST GOODS brought under Stock Transfer from Head Office to Branch in UAE

The VAT on importation of such goods will populate under Box 6 in your VAT return based on the value declared with Customs. Same can be claimed as input under Box 10 of the VAT return if the goods are to be used for business (taxable) purposes.
