Input VAT Claim for non GCC Client invoice
Our non GCC Client has issued a VAT Invoice to our company in UAE for some consultancy services. Are we eligible to claim that Input VAT here in UAE?

Yes, incase your service provider is registered in UAE for vat purpose and has a TRN issued by FTA. Otherwise No.
