Import and Store in relevant activities guide
My question relates to ESR. The definition of distribution centre in the relevant activities guide does not contain the words "import and store". Does it mean that drop shipments are covered now?

Yes dropshipments would be covered.. so any purchases made from FCP and resale of the goods would be covered under ESR. The definition given in the Ministerial Decision is very restrictive and will not serve the purpose. Hence general consensus is the the definition is the RA guide was given to clear this ambiguity.
