The refund is generally processed within 20 business days of submission. An email notification from the FTA on the result of your application will be received. Once the claim is approved, the amount will be refunded within 5 business days. A confirmation email of the refund will be sent by FTA and you can check your balance in �My Payment� tab -> Transaction History section displaying the amount refunded.
