Family members transactions

Group members your opinion is required on the below..

Company ABC sole establishment registered with FTA received fund as a short term loan interest free from mr Mohammad registered with FTA family member of the owner of company ABC. 

This transaction is taxable or not. 

What is the best treatment of this type of transactions to avoid objections from FTA.
