ESR return in mandatory for the companies who is not falling under the relevant activities, if yes what is the procedure

ESR notification is mandatory for all Licensees in UAE whereas the reporting is mandatory for Licensees carrying on Relevant Activity and generating income from the same. For more information refer the link: https://www.mof.gov.ae/en/StrategicPartnerships/Pages/ESR.aspx

@Sajith Nair: Hello, for mainland entities I believe only those who have carried out any relevant activity in FY 2019 have to notify it to MoE. I would appreciate your views on this
