ESR of Finance Activity > Central Bank
We are mainland company and License issued from DED while one of Relevant Activity > Lease Finance & Intra-Group Finance are also being carried out as Inhouse.
This activity is not available on DED hence should we need to submit a seperate ESR Notification of UAE Central bank? and is there any form/link on portal for ESR submission only for Lease Finance Activity, is avaialble ?

All the companies must notify the ESR regardless of the activities they are conducting. The provisions of the Regulations shall not apply to Companies in which the Federal Government of the UAE or the Government of any Emirate of the UAE, or any governmental authority or body or any of them has at least 51% direct or indirect ownership in their share capital.
