Will mainland entities that are not carrying out relevant activity also need to file the notification with ministry of economy?

As per the guidance of the ministry of economy, only entities carrying on a relevant activity need to file a notification.

As per recent update from the ministry of economy, all entities under the ministry of economy are required to file ESR notifications.
