Pursuant to issuance of the Economic Substance Regulations (‘ESR’) in UAE, Regulatory Authorities (that will need to administer the ESR compliances) are gearing up to update their licensees on the notification filing procedure and deadlines. The Ministry of Finance has also issued the relevant activities guide this week to provide more clarity on the interpretation of the ESR regulations.
