- With my first assignment post qualification, conducted audit review of Insurance Policies of Aditya Vikram Birla group, a reputed Indian business group, locked an agreed saving of USD 450,000 p.a. Thereafter, throughout my career, have grossed up saving and increase in Profitability of approx. USD 47.5m
- Successfully set up 'Standard Costing' based reporting mechanism for comparable precise performance with inventory level fluctuations from period to period and different reporting periods
- Contributed in full financial restructuring of debts and investments of the order of USD 10 Billion, as well as completed consolidation of accounts and drafts of 120+ Companies (15+ Holding Co. of 8 years).
