About Me

He is an aspirant tax professional and has a decade-long experience representing public practicing tax firms from the UK, and UAE. He has helped multinational organizations based in the GCC region (mainly UAE, KSA & Bahrain) in their local and international tax matters (VAT, Excise Tax, Transfer Pricing, Corporate Tax). In a short spanning period, he had the pleasure to work with a vast variety of companies, including some of the largest agriculture, food-producing companies, national bank, insurance providers, leading startups, leading franchisors, educational institutes, etc.

He is currently working as a Tax Specialist for Al Dahra Group headquartered in the UAE with 70+ subsidiaries based in 22+ countries in almost every region. Al Dahra is a multinational leader in agribusiness and controls the full supply chain for providing animal feed and basic human feed to the UAE and the global market. It is the largest forage producer and trader in the world.

He, as a group tax specialist, is responsible to advise the group on the relevant tax implications, compliant practices, and tax-efficient approaches for its UAE business. He also oversee the international tax practice for the group and play the role to liaison with all tax consultants around the world, for implementing and following the best practices under OECD transfer pricing guidance.

He is an ACCA qualified with advanced UK tax specialization and hold the GCC VAT compliance diploma with 97% marks, issued by ATT & PwC ME Academy. I graduated from Oxford Brooks University with Accounting and Finance subjects. Currently, he is an LLM student at the University of London with a specialization in international tax and studying to obtain the ADIT diploma from the Chartered Institute of Taxation in the UK.

He loves sports after his family and lead one of the two cricket teams of Al Dahra. He is anxiously waiting for the pre-covid times to be back with more socialization and entertainment.
