FTA has released a letter on implementation of the Laws and Regulations regarding Excise Tax on items that are excisable with effect from 1st December 2019.
The letter is simply an intimation to organisations that import, produce or stockpile any of the excisable products and re-iterates the obligations to register for excise tax including the registration of products.
