On the 5th of January 2021, General Authority of Zakat and Tax (GAZT) announced the 10th of January to be the last date for submission of Withholding tax returns for the month of December. Non-submission of return on or before the due date would attract a penalty of 1% of the outstanding tax amount for every 30 days of delay.
