The Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has reaffirmed that tax refunds for registered businesses are processed only through the authority's e-Services portal www.tax.gov.ae. The refund process is initiated via FTA’s electronic systems using Tax Registration Numbers and does not call for any intermediary.
FTA has urged all its registered businesses not to deal with middlemen for refund processing and to remain vigilant and maintain the confidentiality of their personal data.
