Oil and Gas VAT Guide published by NBR

Bahrain's National Bureau for Revenue (NBR) has released guidelines in respect to Oil and Gas sector. The guide provides an overview of the VAT rules and procedures in relation to the oil and gas sector in Bahrain and, if required, how to comply with them. Further it provides the necessary guidance to determine how a supply is treated for VAT purposes.
