Following the Cabinet Decision No. 55 of 2019 on Excise Price for Tobacco Products, UAE's Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has set 1st December 2019 as the effective date of setting a minimum standard price for Tobacco products. The FTA has issued Ministerial Decision No. 237 of 2019 wrt Implementation of the Cabinet Decision No. 55 of 2019 on Excise Price for Tobacco Products.
