FTA has released a form assisting tax agents in making amendment to the following details:
1) Log data in the portal - username, email address, phone number, mobile number and address
2) Contact information on the Authority's official website - website address, email address, phone number and mobile number.
3) Delinking from the previous tax agency
Please note that this form is required to be filled in arabic.
