UAE's Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has launched 'Tax 10', a digital innovation platform aimed at encouraging innovation, excellence, and creativity among its employees. The platform is designed to incorporate the latest technologies and smart programmes, encouraging the participation of all FTA employees in designing and developing future tax initiatives. It includes a rich digital observatory featuring more than 3,000 international government innovation practices, documented and classified into 15 different categories. The FTA stressed the importance of launching the platform to support its strategy to accelerate its innovation and digital transformation by adopting the best international practices in the field of taxation and financial services.
