Directives for the implementation of the ESR provisions published by Finance Ministry

UAE's Ministry of Finance (MoF) has published  Ministerial Decision No. 215 (2019) on the issuance of directives for the implementation of the provisions of the Cabinet Decision No. 31 (2019) concerning Economics Substance Requirements (ESR). The decision provides further guidance on how the Economic Substance Test may be met for the purpose of complying with the provisions of ESR.
