UAE – FTA to conduct awareness workshops for businesses subject to Excise Tax, introducing them to the registration procedures. The workshop will be of interest for producers, importers, stockpilers and warehouse keepers of sweetened drinks, electronic smoking devices & tools and liquids used in electronic smoking devices.

In a press statement issued on 31st August 2019, FTA mentioned that there will be two categories of workshops- One for businesses registered for excise tax with the FTA and other for businesses currently not registered for excise tax.The workshop will be on dates mentioned below:
