When is deregistration under VAT considered as complete?
I had applied for de-registration of VAT in January. The status shows pre-approved. What does it mean? Should I file VAT return or not ?

You still have to file VAT return. If FTA approves the final VAT Return submitted by you, then de-registration will be considered as complete and there is no need to file more VAT returns then.
