Voluntary Disclosure

If a company while filing Voluntary Disclosure realises it has miscalculated tax and discloses it, will it still be penalised?

I hope that you mean to say you are filing VD because you miscalculated tax. If that's the case, there will be a fixed penalty of AED 3000. any subsequent VD you file, you have to pay AED 5000.
