Vat on Zomato Charges

Hello, need to understand how to calculate commission to be paid to Zomato for food delivery by restaurants. Is it paid on amount before VAT or on amount inclusive of VAT. Thanks

It depends on the commission structure laid out by Zomato ie they could charge commission on orders and charge VAT on the same or may propose and all inclusive value to be levied from you. Irrespective collect the tax invoice from their end.
