DTS Digital tax stamps

Article 6(3) of cabinet decision no 42 sets out following scenarios when marks should be returned to FTA : 1. When a person becomes aware that he no longer has the intention to use the marks for the purpose of affixing them to designated excise goods, 2. When 12 months has passed since the person received the marks n those marks have not been affixed to designated excise goods, 3. Any other circumstances as specified by FTA
