Sole Proprietorship is out of Scope of ESR but if carrying our Relevant Activity, Need to Submit Notification/Report
If Licensee is Sole Proprietorship which is out of scope of ESR regulation but if carrying RA, what is the requriement in this case, they should submit Notification & Report to MOF?

A Sole Proprietorship is not a licensee for the purpose of the Regulations so it does not fall within purview of the Law.
