Reverse Charge Mechanism in case of imports
We import raw material from India for making garments here in UAE. Further, these are sold here in UAE only. Is Reverse Charge Mechanism applicable in this case?

Yes, RCM will be applicable, provided the company in UAE is registered for VAT and the import is made in UAE company import code and the Custom code is linked with the FTA.
