Dear sir,

firm status changed from Soleestablishment (local 100% owner) to LLC (Local 51% owner) and 2 indians added as a partners rest is all same, what is procedure for FTA  to change the status in their system. 

1) do i need to file just amendments or

2) deregister old firm and register  new LLC firm??

please advise.
