Misinterpretation of VAT Refund

Hello Friends, my VAT refund was 102000 but I misinterpreted it as 122000. Now I have to file a voluntary return, will there be any penalty on it?

Yes, there will be a fixed penalty of AED 3,000/- for the VD. It is also possible that a percentage penalty will be applied on the excess amount claimed as refund.
