Input Credit on Water Dispenser AMC Charges

We have a Water Dispenser in office where we have taken an Annual Maintainence Contract. Can input credit be availed on this AMC?

General office expenses would not be considered as non-recoverable as per public clarification issued by FTA on entertainment expenses..hence the AMC should be recoverable
