Exit Document for Exports

Dear Readers, I would like to know what all documents are required to be submitted with FTA for the purpose of trearting exports as zero rated. I understand that Custom Declaration and Exit Documents are required. But is it mandatory to submit both or one will suffice? Kindly advise. Thank you.
