Excise rates for products with more than one definition of Excise Goods

Hello, please advice what needs to be done in case a good meets the definition of more than one category of Excise goods.

In that case the definition that was introduced earlier will apply.

where a product meets the definition of more than one category of excise goods, it will be classified as the excise good which would be subject to the highest Excise tax rate and will be taxed at that rate.
