What is the definition of tangible assets for the purposes of ESR Regulations. As detail of Net Book Value of tangible assets is required to be provided in ESR form.

Under general definition tangible assets include Fixed assets and Current assets. Since it is not specified that only Fixed assets (PPE) is to be considered you can report value of assets excluding intangibles.
