Duty Free DTS Marker

Can anyone please clarify what is the difference between duty free DTS Maker Red and Green?

As per FTA guidelines, all Duty Free products have to have DTS marker.Products sold in Duty Free Inbound and inland should carry the same stamp color in red. Products sold in Duty Free outbound should carry a green stamp
