De-registration for freecone company with exempted turnover

We are a Freezone company with no taxable turnover,all exempted, turnover last year 210,000/-. Need to de register?, if so, what happen to TRN linked to customs.

If you deregister you will no longer have an active TRN and will have to pay VAT at the point of import
