The Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority has issued communication to companies notifying them of the deadline for the submission of Economic Substance Regulations (ESR) Notification. The deadline is set as June 30, 2020. The Notification form is in MS-Word format and the duly filled in form has to be submitted by mailing the same to Jafza.Lease-License@Jafza.ae. It is advisable for Companies under JAFZA Authority to re-confirm with the Authority whether the Notification needs to be submitted by all companies or only by those carrying on a Relevant Activity.
