FTA releases VAT Clarification on Goods Supplied in a Designated Zone, and Connected Shipping or Delivery Services

UAE's Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has released a new VAT Public Clarification VATP027 on  Goods Supplied in a Designated Zone, and Connected Shipping or Delivery Services. This clarification provides guidance on the application of Article 51(5) and (7) of the Executive Regulation.
