FTA publishes Administrative Exceptions Excise Tax Guide

UAE's Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has published an Administrative Exceptions Excise Tax Guide as well as a corresponding Application form.

This guide summarises the procedure to submit an Excise Tax Administrative Exception request  to the FTA  with:

 • an overview of the category for which an Exception Request can be made.

 • an explanation of the icons and information you might see or need to complete the form
