The Ministry of Finance UAE has provided an update on the revised ESR notifications to be submitted. As per the Ministry website, the online portal to submit the notifications will be available during the first week of December 2020 and the deadline for submissin of the notification has been set at December 31st 2020. This removes the confusion on when the new notification needs to be submitted. It should also be noted that the deadline for ESR Reporting remains the same i.e December 31st 2020 itself.
