Zero Rated Export Invoice missed in Filling

If Somecompany Forget to Show there Zero Rated Supply invoice in Last Two years ,So How Filling Will Be Rectify?I Know There is no Impact on Filling Amount But If in Future FTA Will Audit ,What Will Be Impact ? Is there Any Provision to Rectify this Error?
