VAT on Vehicle

A company purchases a New Mortor car on 01/01/2017 (Pre VAT Period) for AED 100,000. On 31/05/2020 the motor car is sold for AED 15000. The depreciated value of the motor car till date is AED 10000. Does VAT is applicable on the above transaction . If yes on which amount AED 15000 or AED 10000.
