VAT on Sales before issuance for TRN

We got the TRN in April but Validity for TRN certificates starts from Feb. Our Tax Period is Feb-Apr What about the sales made before issuance of TRN? Are we supposed to pay vat on sales made in feb n march while we were not eligible to raise tax invoice as due to non-registration till then. Kindly advise
