Time limit for payment of penalties.

we got penalty of AED 600,000 for late payment of taxes and on 14th october 2020 reconsideration request is rejected by FTA. What is the time limit for payment of penalties if we are not filing objection before Tax Dispute Resolution Committee (TDRC) ?
