Supply through E- commerce

An Indian company who does not have any place of residence in UAE selling goods to the unregistered person (consumer) in the UAE through Amazon. My question is that whether the above company needs to get VAT Registration in UAE ? If yes whether threshold of AED 375,000 for mandatory registration will apply or not ?
