In case of Employment Agecny who first provides employment under its own visa and outsource its staff to various clients as per requirement .All such visa cost [visa, medical, EID etc) reimburse from the customers to whom Outsourcing services are being providing. Staff Outsourcing is the prime business of the entity.
Such reimbursement expenses in case of Employment Outsourcing busines are taxable or Out of Scope.
