Export from UAE to Oman

we are exporting goods from UAE to Oman without paying customs duty, we get the exemption using the macassa stamp, after implementing the VAT in Oman customer is asking the orginal invoice for submitting the customs. if we did like this the customs duty amount is very higher than we paid on the time of import, is there any solution for this problem?
